Is it Safe to Handle Debris After a Fire

A fireman clears debris after the carpenters barracks near the Cityland Executive Towers along Buendia in Makati went down in flames, Friday. The fire which started around 11:40 am went up to 3rd alarm before the blaze was extinguished at about 11:55 am. No casualties were reported in the said incident.
