Shutdown Safety Bar Retrofit Kit RX1575

The shutdown bar is located on the rear of the machine under the operating unit. A
proximity switch is located on the rear section of the machine above the attachment
point of the shutdown bar. If the machine moves against an obstacle with the shutdown
bar, the shutdown bar is actuated and triggers the proximity switch. This sends
a signal to the machine controller and the machine can now only be moved forward
away from the obstacle. If the vibration function is running, it will be shut down. The
vibration function must be restarted manually after the shutdown bar has been deactivated.
The shutdown bar must be secured with the transport strap for transportation
(transport position).
